The aim of this website is to make TFDA more accountable and responsinve to its stakeholders and the public at
large in fulfilling its principal duty of regulating the quality and safety of food, drugs, cosmetics
and medical devices marketed in Tanzania for the purpose of protecting public health from the hazards
associated with the use of such products
